WCVA Voluntary Sector Income Survey
We are delivering a research project for WCVA to support them to develop a more detailed and representative picture of the types and levels of different income streams being used by voluntary organisations in Wales.
WCVA currently has limited information about what income streams Welsh charities and voluntary organisations have and use.
Existing data from the Third Sector Data Hub is out of date and limited to the data available on the Charity Commission’s Register of Charities. WCVA estimates that roughly only a quarter of Wales’s some 32,000 voluntary sector organisations are registered and are therefore represented on the Commission’s Register.
Please help us in our research to map the sector and develop a better understanding of third sector income generation in Wales.
