Clwb Ifor Bach is looking for new trustees.
As the live music industry starts its recovery from the pandemic, Clwb Ifor Bach is excited to be resuming its transition from a Community Interest Company to a Charity.
As such we are seeking to appoint a Board of Trustees to lead the organisation at this critical time. The Board of Trustees will be responsible for –
Clwb Ifor Bach – Wales’ iconic live music venue which is scheduled to undergo a £5 million expansion within the next few years.
Clwb Music – our emerging brand which widens our work to include recording, publishing, touring and education.

Whilst welcoming and considering applications from all those who have the skills, capacity and interest to undertake these roles, we are particularly welcoming applications from those sectors of the community who are traditionally under-represented in the leadership and governance functions of cultural organisations. These include –
- People with protected characteristics, in particular women, those from ethnic minority communities, those identifying as trans /non-binary and those with disabilities
- Artists and wider creative professionals working within the live music industry
- Those who are representative of Clwb’s established audience
