WCVA – Quality Assurance
Richard Newton Consulting (RNC) is working with the WCVA to help develop a business case for a quality assurance system that meets the needs of voluntary sector organisations in Wales.
We are carrying the research through a survey and focus groups.
Organisations taking part in the research can complete the survey and/or be part of a focus group.

The series of focus groups will explore options for the development of a quality assurance system that meets the needs of the sector.
We want to engage with volunteers or employees with responsibility for quality assurance in the following types of organisations:
- Volunteer-led charities
- Organisations up to 10 staff
- Organisations over 10 staff
- Organisations who currently hold or have held PQASSO / Trusted Charity
- Organisations working in arts & heritage
- Organisations working in disability
- Organisations working with ethnic minorities & Youth Support Team Wales (EYST)
