Funding is essential for not-for-profit organisations to operate. Our consultants have direct experience of working in charities and understand the pressures that organisations face to raise funds, and how the fundraising function interfaces with business planning, governance, communications and operational delivery. Richard has raised over £120 million for good causes over the course of his career.

We recognise that every organisation’s funding needs are different, and we offer bespoke responses to our clients which add value to their existing capacity. For some clients, we manage fully outsourced fundraising functions, whilst for others, we support them on a project by project basis. We deliver strategic services such as fundraising audits and strategy development through to the direct delivery of income generation activities and the management of funding relationships.
